Submissions Open: April 20th, 2024 (9:00 AM IST)
Submissions Close: April 21st, 2024 (5:00 PM IST)

Theme:

The theme for this year's competition is "Capturing the Fusion." We encourage submissions that creatively depict the intersection of technology and culture at the Neutron Fest. This could be anything from innovative tech showcased at the event to the vibrant cultural performances or the energy of the participants. Be creative and let your lens capture the essence of the fusion!

Rules and Regulations:

• The competition is open to all Rishihood University students.

• Only original, high-resolution photos captured during the Neutron Fest (April 20th & 21st) will be accepted.

• Each participant can submit a maximum of 3 entries.

• Basic editing for adjustments like brightness, contrast, and colour correction is allowed. However, heavy editing that manipulates the content of the photo is strictly prohibited.

• Entries containing watermarks, logos, or any text overlay will be disqualified.

• Participants must submit their photos through the official Google Form: [https://forms.gle/n3du1SuBDmj3kr887].

By submitting a photograph, you grant the Neutron Fest organising committee the right to use your photos for promotional purposes (online and in print) with proper credit to the photographer.

Judging Criteria:

Relevance to Theme (50%): Does the photo capture the essence of "Capturing the Fusion"?Creativity (30%): Does the photo showcase a unique perspective or approach?Composition and Technical Quality (20%): Is the photo well-composed with good lighting and focus?

• The decision of the judges is final.

• Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.

• We reserve the right to modify these rules at any point with prior notification.
